Rachel Cousins is singer/songwriter in St.John’s, NL .
She has performed alongside Canadian icons Serena Ryder, Dave Marsh, Andrew Scott & Luke McMaster to name a few. She has performed in front of full houses at Hugh’s Room and the Hard Rock Café in Toronto.
Rachel has taken workshops with Eric Alper, Tom Jackson & Rick Barker (Taylor Swift’s former manager) and Grammy award winner Jeff Bova.
In 2017 Rachel has performed on 100+ stages.
Her song “July” was semi finalist in an international songwriting competition when she was only 15 years old.
In 2017 Rachel was nominated for Music NL awards Female Artist of the Year and Rising Star.
She released her debut album “This Fire” in August 2017 and released her single “Let Go” in 2018. All music is available on all streaming platforms.
She was the opening act for Serena Ryder and The Beaches in Sept 2018.
She started performing with musical theatre at the age of 7 and is still involved in all of her school ’s theatre productions. She has also acted in NL Tourism International TV commercial named Iceberg Alley.
